Six Sigma Interview with Jack Welch
Jack Welch, Chairman & CEO of General Electric (1981 – 2001), adopted Motorola’s Six Sigma quality program in late 1995. He led the company to massive revenues. In the video interview he is talking about what a Six Sigma company is. One of his statements: “Everything you do internaly will impact the customer.”
