A D.ay I.n the L.ife O.f myself. To get a nutrition overview for typical days in my life I started logging for three days:
- When (do I eat),
- Where (location),
- How much,
- What,
- Why
The results:
01.09.: 1840 kCal
02.09.: 2035 kCal
03.09.: 2430 kCal
The estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is about 2700 kCal. Good conditions for weight loss.
DMAIC phase: Analyze.
