It’s not easy to find the best platform for your fitness data. Here are my personal experiences with some of them:
Adidas miCoach - Personal Coach
- Pros:
- Uses heart rate zones to create varied, complete and personalized workouts.
- Cons:
- No iPhone app available.
myASICS - Running Logbook
- Pros:
- Download of logbook data (Excel) possible.
Polar - Personal Trainer
SilvaConnect - Pedometer logging
- Pros:
- Collecting data with pedometer Silva EX3 Connect or manualy with Silva EX3 Plus.
- Download of logbook data (Excel) possible.
- Cons:
- No iPhone app available.
Sportics - Activity Logging
WiThings - Internet connected Body Scale
- Pros:
- Collecting data with WiThings WLAN body scale or manualy via iPhone.
- Download of logbook data (Excel) possible.
- Cons:
- No.
