How to use Activity Logging and Telemetry to improve your fitness.

It’s not easy to find the best platform for your fitness data. Here are my personal experiences with some of them:

Adidas miCoach - Personal Coach

    Pros:
    • Uses heart rate zones to create varied, complete and personalized workouts.
    Cons:
    • No iPhone app available.

myASICS - Running Logbook

    Pros:
    • Download of logbook data (Excel) possible.

Polar - Personal Trainer

SilvaConnect - Pedometer logging

    Cons:
    • No iPhone app available.

Sportics - Activity Logging

WiThings - Internet connected Body Scale

    Pros:
    • Collecting data with WiThings WLAN body scale or manualy via iPhone.
    • Download of logbook data (Excel) possible.
    Cons:
    • No.
