HOW: Find the aspects of power and influence, or lack thereof, and the aspects of personal distance or closeness within your projects stakeholders. Put them in relation within the diagram axis “above-below” (vertical), and the “opposed-together” (horizontal).
WHY: This model shows the different main positions people can take in communication.
PRACTICE: Analyzing the communication style of the projects stakeholders helps the Black Belt to understand, reflect and improve relationships within his project.
