Affinity Diagram
HOW: Record each idea from brainstorming on cards or notes. Look for ideas that seem to be related. Sort cards into groups until all cards have been used.
WHY: The cards have been sorted into groups for easier management and analysis.
PRACTICE: Brainstroming allows the team to get ideas and issues on the table (focus an speed). Such sessions generate large quantities of issues and become complex to review and difficult to interpret. Therefore a second step of clustering all ideas is needed (focus on structure).
