Get Adobe Flash
Cooliris is a nice visual tool, but it’s not possible to get the slides in the right order. Better use it for images or a randomized power point karaoke.

Audience Needs Map
An audience focused presentation seems to be an easy task, but it is hard work. Look at Nancy Duartes (author of slide:ology) seven questions from her Audience Needs Map and find out “What keeps your audience up at night?”.
Spend an extra hour in this critical part of your preparation. It pays off.
