Beitragsstatistik Team-Kompetenz 2007
Ein Ausreisser am Anfang des Jahres: Euphorische 38 Beiträge im Februar. Inzwischen hat sich ein Mittel von etwa 9 Beiträgen pro Monat eingestellt. Gespannt bin ich auf die Veränderungen im kommenden Jahr. Vielleicht gelingt es mir sogar, eine halbwegs normalverteilte Beitragsstatistik zu generieren. Eine fachliche Bewertung wäre sicher auch nicht schlecht. ;-)

Schwerpunkt-Kategorien 2007
Die Kategorien im Blog Team-Kompetenz zeigen in der ersten 10 Monaten einen ersten Trend in den Kategorien (siehe Pareto-Diagramm). “ITIL” (Platz 1) und “Prozesse” (Platz 3) sind gut vertreten. Das dritte Fokusthema “Teams” (Platz 6) ist noch etws unterrepräsentiert.

ITIL Prüfungen unter Pisa Einfluss?
Bei den ITIL-Prüfungen zeigt sich ein deutlicher Trend bei den Quoten (siehe Chart). Der Prozentsatz bestandener ITIL Service Manager Prüfungen sinkt in Deutschland beim Service Support von 72 auf 63 Prozent, beim Service Delivery sogar von 72 auf 57 Prozent.
